RW Diamonds is a New Zealand owned and operated business (NZBN 9429053878977), based in Auckland, New Zealand. We design and supply lab-grown diamond jewellery, with no traditional retail markup.
Most of our jewellery is made to order against your selected design, carat weight, metal and stone specifications. Because each piece is commissioned and manufactured specifically for you, made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are indicative and confirmed at the point of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to adjust prices for material or exchange-rate movements before an order is confirmed.
After your order is placed and a CAD design is prepared, you will be sent a final design image for sign-off if you choose to review it. Production begins once the design is approved (or once the optional sign-off window is waived).
Made-to-order pieces are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks of design sign-off, insured and tracked. Stock pieces ship sooner. See Shipping & Returns for detail.
Our jewellery carries a lifetime manufacturing guarantee, for the lifetime of the original owner, with proof of purchase. A complimentary annual clean and setting check is recommended. See Process & Guarantee for what is and is not covered.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy provided under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
