When you book a private appointment, commission a piece, subscribe to our newsletter, or place an order, we collect the details you give us, your name, contact details, and any design or sizing information needed to make or deliver your piece.
We use your information to prepare designs and quotes, fulfil orders, arrange insured delivery, provide aftercare and guarantee service, and, only if you have opted in, to send occasional communications about new work and collections.
We share your details only with the parties needed to make and deliver your piece, for example our workshop, setting specialists, and insured couriers. We never sell your personal information.
Your information is stored with our hosted backend provider and accessed only by authorised members of the RW Diamonds team. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing at any time. Contact us through the Contact page and we will respond promptly.
Our handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand). This policy is not intended to limit any right you have under that Act.
